    No refunds or changes to the reservation date are allowed.
    Groups must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. After 10 minutes, entry is not guaranteed.
    The group may enter once it is fully assembled (to avoid congestion at the entrance).

    Opening Hours

    Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, including public holidays.
    Closed days: Mondays; January 1 and 6; May 1 and 30; November 9; December 24, 25, and 31. See full schedule

    Art Saturdays: Every Saturday from October 2025 to June 2026 (except May 30): from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Accessible areas: first floor of the Museum, Goya’s Cabinet, and the current temporary exhibition. More information

    Fees

    The admission is free for each group member, but a €50 management fee applies regardless of the group size.

    Floors

    The floor selection is used to control capacity. Once you have visited the selected floor, you may visit the others while following the instructions of the museum staff.
